Henry Bros.Co. completed Bria Health Services, a new $16.3 million building to replace an existing skilled nursing and physical therapy/rehabilitation facility on Roberts Road, a major thoroughfare in Palos Hills, Illinois.

The new building consists of a two-story, 64-bed, 71,300 S.F. skilled nursing facility with physical therapy/rehabilitation services, and is Phase I in the campus redevelopment.

The logistics and action plan had to account for the complexities and safety considerations typically associated with tying into and working adjacent to an existing fully-operational-occupied healthcare facility.
