DLA Architects, Ltd. Office Build Out

Henry Bros. Co. managed the 11,300 S.F. custom build-out of DLA Architects’ preeminent, LEED-certified, “Class A” office complex. The interior features the highest-end finishes and materials and utilizes high-tech systems to showcase the firm’s architectural design talent and attention to detail.

Using the newest products and systems, we installed “Libretto” custom ceilings, bamboo ceilings, custom built-in quartz reception countertops, porcelain tile floor and base, and “Level 5 finish” on all painted surfaces.  State-of-the-art A/V systems and lighting rounded out the final touches.

As Construction Manager, Henry Bros. Co. worked on an integrated basis, providing comprehensive pre-construction services for optimal value enhancement, schedule, and quality control.
