Tom has over 38 years of experience working with a vast array of clients in the multi-unit, affordable, senior housing, commercial, and corporate sectors. He has a deep knowledge and extensive experience with LIHTC and IHDA-funded projects. He has worked in project executive, project management, and estimating capacities as well as in the field. Working with clients as a trusted advisor from the early stages of a project, he offers a unique level of service by coordinating in-depth preconstruction expertise, advice, and information with our team when the owner and A/E need it most.
