Fox Hill Senior Living Breaks Ground in Yorkville

Henry Bros. Co. joined Northpointe Development Corporation, Knothe & Bruce Architects, and local officials for the groundbreaking of Fox Hill Senior Living at 1536 Sycamore Road in Yorkville. This three-story, wood-framed structure will encompass 49,816 square feet and feature 36 one-bedroom and 12 two-bedroom units. Additionally, the development will include a 96-space parking lot and outdoor amenities for residents. Fox Hill Senior Living is set to be one of the first affordable living complexes in Kendall County, with completion planned for summer 2025.

Among those representing Henry Bros. Co. were Bill Callaghan, Jr., President; Tom O’Brien, Vice President for Project Development; Aaron Reilly, Project Manager; Jim Brengman, Superintendent; Mike Godek, Estimator; and Marcy Johnson, Program Coordinator.

Also present at the groundbreaking were Yorkville Mayor John Purcell, Northpointe Development’s Vice President of Development Jake Victor, Partner Andy Dumke, and Partner Sean O’Brien; Tony Walker and Bob Feller of Knothe & Bruce Architects, and Lane Manning of DreamLane Real Estate, as well as other funding partners.
