Henry Bros. Co. and Knothe & Bruce Architects joined Northpoint Development Corporation and Illinois and Cook County officials for the groundbreaking of the Greenhaven Apartments and Townhomes (formerly known as Quentin Apartments) at 303 West Johnson Street in Palatine. The 94,013 square foot, wood-framed/podium structure will have two- and three-story sections with a total of 58 residential units, and enclosed parking. Completion is planned for summer 2024.

Among those participating in the groundbreaking from Henry Bros. Co. were Bill Callaghan, Jr., President; Tom O’Brien, Vice President for Project Development; Carl Hauert, Project Manager; Jeremy Berg, Superintendent, and Mike Godek, Estimator.
